Realty ONE Group Golden Key truly values the relationships we have with our vendor partners! That is why we have gone digital. We want to provide a better service to you and our agents. No more printing costs and driving all around town to drop off flyers, business cards, and brochures to offices only to have them thrown in the trash!

Realty ONE Group Golden Key (ROGGK) honors our associates by providing them with information regarding reputable vendors associated with the real estate industry. ROGGK offers the Most Valued Partner (MVP) Program to help identify and connect our talented realtor associates with vendors who support our culture and have been referred and recommended by our associates.

How does the program work?

You have the opportunity to advertise and market your services to our offices. There are three partnering levels, and each level has a specific range of engagement in return for your sponsorship at the associate price points (See level description below). MVP Participation is in six-month terms.

Who can participate?

If you are a vendor associated with a service or a product that is used by the Realtor community, you may be eligible. Vendors desiring to participate can apply, however, to ensure a viable return on investment for our MVPs we are limiting enrollment to two vendors from each industry. (example: 2 x inspectors, 2 x attorneys, etc.)

TIERS

Bronze Plan:

Partners are listed in our ONE Marketplace Directory as a Preferred Partner
A Designated prime position will be created for you as our Partner to place Marketing Materials in the office location chosen by the Partner
ROG Golden Key will send an introductory email to Agents within chosen office location introducing you as our New Preferred Partner in ONE Marketplace including your contact information
ROG Golden Key will work with Partner to create a monthly post with a Call to Action in the Internal Office Facebook Group
A 1/4 page Ad will be created with you as our Preferred Partner and be featured on our “Partners Page” in our Welcome Packet given to new agents

Silver Plan:

All Benefits listed above in Bronze Plan are included
A 1/2 page Ad will be created with Partner and be featured on our “Partners Page” in our Welcome Packet given to new agents
A 1/4 page Ad will be created with you as our Preferred Partner and be featured on our “Partners Page” in our Recruiting Packet given to potential transfer agents
ROG Golden Key will work with Partner to create two monthly posts with a Call to Action in the Internal Office Facebook Group
Partners are welcomed and mentioned by name during the first three office meetings after joining the MVPP and when discussing topics relevant to their service
Partners are given the opportunity to speak for five minutes once per quarter at office meetings. Partner can provide refreshments and will receive a roster of attendees to follow up with and share marketing materials

Gold Plan:

All Benefits listed above in Bronze & Silver Plan are included
A Designated prime position will be created for you as our Partner to place Marketing Materials in ALL office locations
A full page Ad will be created with Partner and be featured on our “Partners Page” in our Welcome Packet given to new agents
A 1/2 page Ad will be created with Partner and be featured on our “Partners Page” in our Recruiting Packet given to potential transfer agents
Partners can sponsor Lunch & Learn events in/out of our office where you can present and share your company/service, provide lunch for attendees, and have an opportunity to interact and network with those attending once per quarter.
Partners can submit at least one post to be shared quarterly on our External Facebook Page
Partners can hold a Happy Hour Meet and Greet with New Agents
Partners will receive invitations to office events where they will be able to stay and network after each event
Monthly Story Post to Instagram/Facebook
Partners will be published on the ROGGK Website!

As a preferred vendor, you will also be given an opportunity to network with our Agents/Associates when we host larger event or training sessions.
